Many materials with high ductility and tendency to stick are always a challenge in machining. Problems with the chip flow are in most cases the performance-limiting criteria.
The new tool system has been developed for the machining of step-, slot- and face milling operations, in terms of roughing and finishing steels, high-grade steels, cast iron and more.
Already presented at EMO, the Jongen drilling programme for high performance cutting of steel, high-grade steel, difficult to mill materials and more includes the “5xD” enhancement.
The new copy mills by Jongen are suitable for both roughing and finishing operations. Additionally, the tools are resistant to allow for demanding operations.
Jongen presents their new end mills designed for heavy-duty machining. They will also be present at EMO to showcase their product range of end mills.
At EMO Hannover 2017, Jongen has presented a number of new products. Highlights were the newly developed face milling cutters Jongen Uni-Mill A20 and the milling programme Jongen Uni-Mill FP 70.
