At Fakuma 2026, component supplier Nonnenmann will highlight new products and automation solutions for plastic injection moulding. Small and medium-sized companies can obtain a complete package from a single supplier, including six-axis robots, part separation systems, grippers, conveyors, protective equipment, camera technology and CE conformity assessment. An automation configurator enables users to plan their own automation concepts quickly, easily and transparently, in keeping with the motto “Just do it”.

Visitors can see the new automation solutions live at Nonnenmann’s stand at Fakuma 2026 (Hall A1, Stand A1-1101). The entire automation portfolio will be demonstrated in action. Among the exhibits, three different robots will work alongside other automation systems within a single cell to assemble the Dry Station “Krake” giveaway. This product consists of two injection-moulded parts that will be automatically sorted, inspected, assembled and transported live at the stand. It serves as a practical drying stand for drinking glasses and bottles.

The Dry Station “Krake” project progressed from initial idea to finished product in just 12 weeks. It will form the centrepiece of the company’s exhibition presence and illustrate its value chain, bringing together all its business areas: automation, components, custom parts and process optimisation.

Nonnenmann will also present its capabilities as an outsourced manufacturing partner for custom parts. These include the manufacture of precision components, mould bases and insulation plates to customer specifications, as well as metal 3D printing with final finishing.

For mould maintenance and process optimisation, the company will exhibit products for leak testing, flow measurement and mould cleaning, alongside solutions for safely rotating, turning, opening and servicing moulds. Temperature-control accessories, including couplings and hoses, additional injection moulding equipment, and a broad selection of ejector pins and standard components complete the portfolio.

With its own showroom for live product demonstrations, a 24/7 online shop, a range of intelligent configurators and a field sales team offering regional contacts, the company aims to maintain close customer relationships, personal contact and a fully customer-focused approach beyond the trade fair.
