Nonnenmann, based in Winterbach, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, has taken over the Weber rotary units business for multi-component injection moulding as of early October 2026. The agreement is so recent that Nonnenmann has added the announcement to its presentation at the ongoing Fakuma trade fair at short notice. The formal legal transfer will take place on 1 December 2026, but the company is already providing support as a point of contact for the business.

The rotary systems offer numerous options for efficiently automating multi-component moulds and improving process reliability and component quality. Established on the market for several decades, Weber-brand rotary units will now be further developed, manufactured in Germany and sold by Nonnenmann. The company will also support customers with system specification and project planning.

The systems can be installed on new injection moulding machines or retrofitted to existing equipment, as they accommodate various machine standards and interfaces as standard. Spare parts for all systems will also remain available through Nonnenmann.

For many years, the systems have featured a robust, maintenance-friendly design and a proven sealing and bearing concept. The company also highlights their ergonomic design and straightforward assembly and disassembly.

The product range includes electric and hydraulic rotary systems with rotary tables in sizes ranging from 460 mm to 1,200 mm in diameter. Multiple temperature-control circuits can accommodate temperatures of up to 160 °C. An index plate system is also available alongside the rotary table system. A further benefit highlighted by the company is the quick and straightforward conversion from a rotary table to an index plate system..
