German cutting tool manufacturer Inovatools is expanding its range with 22 new tool types for high-performance applications. At EMO, Ditmar Ertel and his team unveiled a new trilingual main catalogue for solid carbide tools that emphasises innovation, sustainability and customer focus. The catalogue features over 300 pages of tooling solutions for various materials, reflecting Inovatools' commitment to quality and well-defined tool families.

The company's First Choice premium tools, optimised for specific materials such as steel, stainless steel, titanium and aluminium, are designed to reduce production times and increase tool life, thereby reducing overall costs. These tools include the HPC Fight Max range for stainless steels and the new Fight Max Titan for high-tech lightweight materials.

New products in the catalogue include three-flute solid carbide graphite milling cutters, the Inox 8xD SC internal coolant twist drill and various HSS machine taps. The extension of the ta-C family of tools for machining aluminium features special cooling channels to reduce heat and extend tool life.

Inovatools is also committed to sustainability and aims to reduce its carbon footprint. Measures include a two-year main catalogue to conserve resources and the use of solar energy for production. By the end of 2023, the company aims to achieve a 98 percent carbon-neutral production process, contributing to its commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility as part of the United Nations Global Compact and the VEA's Climate-friendly SMEs initiative.
