From 12 to 16 October 2026 at Fakuma in Friedrichshafen, Meusburger will present new products, product expansions and digital solutions for mould, die, and jigs and fixtures construction. Visitors can find the standard parts manufacturer in hall A2 at stand 2313 + 2316. In the spotlight at the trade fair stand are high quality standard components, high-performance hot runner systems, solutions for cleanroom applications and digital tools for efficient design. In addition, the company invites visitors to take part in company tours at its Wolfurt site during the trade fair, offering a first-hand look at its production processes.

High quality standard components for efficient projects

A key focus of the trade fair stand is the comprehensive range of plates and mould bases. The raw materials that have been heat-treated for stress relief guarantee maximum quality and precision, and thanks to a high proportion of in-house production and enormous storage capacities, Meusburger ensures very short lead times. The standard parts manufacturer will also present its comprehensive range of high-precision components. As well as guiding elements, the range includes ejectors, slide systems, centring units and locks and hot runner solutions. The coordinated components simplify mould and die design, reduce procurement costs and support efficient manufacturing.

Cleanroom solutions for the highest process reliability

In addition, the company will provide information about its product range for cleanroom applications and present its current campaign on this topic. The focus is on an optimally coordinated range of standard components and materials – from plates and components to hot runner systems. This positions Meusburger as a reliable supplier and full-range provider of cleanroom technology. The product solutions are designed to minimise particle sources, enabling clean, stable and uncompromisingly safe processes. High-quality materials and consistently high quality standards form the basis for use in demanding cleanroom applications and underline the company’s commitment to quality.

Digital solutions for efficient design

A further key focus is digital services for designers. Visitors can take a look at the Meusburger portal and its configurators, which accelerate the design process and simplify routine tasks. A particular highlight is the Meusburger CAD tool. The software grants access to the entire standard parts library, supports the configuration of models including automatic consideration of necessary installation spaces, and is compatible with various CAD systems.

Practical example from series production

Meusburger, in collaboration with Jell, will be demonstrating how precision standard parts and application-specific hot runner systems perform in practice on an Engel injection moulding machine. High quality bag clips will be produced, the development of which was achieved in close cooperation from prototype to reliable series production. The application example demonstrates how coordinated mould technology and collaborative partnerships contribute to efficient production processes.

Company tour in Wolfurt

During Fakuma, Meusburger invites visitors to take a company tour at their headquarters in Wolfurt from Tuesday to Friday, 13 to 16 October 2026. Visitors gain a comprehensive look at the production, warehouse and manufacturing operations behind the extensive standard parts range. This offers an exciting opportunity to experience first-hand the manufacturing processes that have been optimised down to the last detail.
