Hasco will be presenting the latest product developments and solutions for tool and mould making at Fakuma 2026. The trade fair appearance focuses on practical new and further developments, digitization in mouldmaking, process reliability and energy efficiency — all in the sense of future-oriented solutions that make daily work as easy as possible for users.
Mould Base innovations
In the Mould Base area, Hasco will be showcasing solutions for efficient and reliable moulds. Among other things, the standard component manufacturer will be presenting a centering unit with a linear ball bushing, which is used for the precise centering of mould plates. In the field of temperature control, Hasco will be presenting new hoses as well as the innovative Z9911/... with the Z9911/... This protects the tool and peripherals in the long term because it reliably retains contamination. As a result, the flow rates, mould temperature control and component quality remain constant.
Another new product is the high-performance grease Z2601/... It can be used in a variety of ways in the food industry — for lubrication ejectors, pillars, valves, gates and all moving and sliding tool and mould elements in injection moulding and punching tools.
Hot Runner solutions
Another focus is on Hasco hot runner solutions. Visitors can use the H5055/... live. The design, which is unique on the market, reduces shear, thereby preserving the mechanical properties of the plastic and reducing pressure loss to a minimum. This maintenance-friendly design allows coarse contaminants to be cleaned without the need for a pyrolysis oven, so the filter is ready for use again within minutes. In addition, products from the field of control technology will be shown. These include various connector systems for the H1210/... wiring tester, which enable convenient and fast testing of electrical connections in hot runner tools. In addition, a new mono nozzle, the Single Shot H63../… The nozzle is specially designed to produce small injection moulded parts. The compact design and high energy efficiency make the new Single Shot Ø 25 the most economical solution for central nozzles in the small shot weight range, also for engineering plastics. Equipped with a titanium head that minimizes heat loss, it combines high-quality design with an attractive price-performance ratio.
Digital manufacturing
The product portfolio is supplemented by digital solutions for tool and mouldmaking such as configurators and assistants. From Fakuma onwards, users will also be able to use Hasco CAD data via the 3Dfindit platform, a CAD tool from Cadenas. The integration of the databases into 3Dfindit enables efficient and targeted design, as the CAD data is available directly in the design tool. Intuitive configurators make it easy to select the right product. By making it available via Cadenas, Hasco is creating a flexible solution for different requirements and final formats. Users benefit from a modern, practical data supply for fast and reliable design.
In addition to the presentation of product innovations, the trade fair appearance offers an opportunity to exchange information on current developments and requirements in tool and mouldmaking. Hasco's experts will be available at the trade fair stand to discuss the solutions presented as well as individual applications.
“Our aim is not only to be a product supplier, but also a development partner for the entire value chain, which makes tool and mouldmaking as easy as possible,” explains José Silva, Vice President Sales and Business Development. “At Fakuma, we want to actively shape mouldmaking with passion, innovative strength and practical solutions: Future-oriented and close to the needs of users, we will show how standardized products, digital services and practice-oriented solutions can be combined to make processes in toolmaking more efficient, quality-oriented and safer.”
