Software company Module Works announces the 2023.04 release of its digital manufacturing software components. This first major release of 2023 offers several new options for controlling the machining parameters across different subtractive and additive processes.

The provider of automated and portable 3D measurement solutions and engineering services Creaform will be presenting its portable 3D scanners at Gifa 2023. The scanners are used in the casting industry, particularly in product development and quality assurance. Visitors will also be able to find out more about automated 3D scanning solutions.

CAD/CAM company Mastercam has announced the 2022 Wildest Parts Competition winners. The competition is held each year to encourage student interest and participation in manufacturing.
