Speedpart is expanding its service portfolio and now offers the Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) process. MJF goes beyond classic 3D printing for prototypes and enables the cost-effective production of prototypes, small series and medium to high volumes. This technology can be an alternative to injection moulded parts and offers new possibilities for series production.

The Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) process uses an innovative printing technology in which liquid binders are applied layer by layer to the powder bed. This method not only guarantees precision and attention to detail, but also ensures uniform density and strength of the components across the entire structure.

The Multi Jet Fusion process is suitable for a wide range of applications, including complex geometries and functional components, and can be used across various industries such as automotive, medical technology, and consumer goods. It enables the production of functional prototypes, series parts, and spare parts with short lead times.
