The Smart Worm Lifter WL from Cumsa incorporates a lifter rod with the Fast-Fit system, a guiding base, and the extension. The guiding base comprises a mechanical stop and non-rotating shape. It is available in two versions with a 100 or 125 mm maximum ejection stroke in combination with a maximum 6 ° angle to release up to 13 mm undercut travel. Customers can choose from two sizes-Ø8 and Ø12, to handle different insert dimensions. To facilitate height regulations, an adjustable fixing is included.

The Smart Worm Lifter WL allows for absolute design freedom on the insert and the undercut shape. It is designed as a DR complement to release small-medium undercuts keeping contact with the plastic part through the ejection. As there is no mechanism, no maintenance is required. Simple machining of the insert with the undercut shape eliminates the need for movement adjustments. The adjustable fixing allows ±2 mm adjustments in height of the WL Enables finetuning and possible replacements without striping the base plate out.
