The rolling guides offered by Meuseburger ensure maximum guiding speeds and high stability thanks to low rolling friction and preloaded rolling elements. These elements are preloaded between 4 and 15 µm, depending on the guide diameter. The company offers both ball and roller guides. The main difference in this case is the contact surface of the rolling element.
On the other hand, the large contact surfaces of sliding guide bushings, allow for maximum transverse forces to be transmitted.
In addition to the standard guide, Meusburger also offers special guide systems: for small installation spaces, for modular technology as well as for large-scale toolmaking. Due to the compatibility of the guide columns and bushings according to DIN/ISO, they can be easily interchanged. This results in a maximum degree of flexibility in the design of the guide system depending on the application.
The installation dimensions of the guide elements have been perfectly matched to Meusburger's standard frames. This guarantees consistent standardization of the punching frames. The range of accessories includes elements for cage positioning, column and guide bearings, and components for column and bushing mounting.
