The BM date stamp base from Cumsa is available in two versions: one for diameters 16, 22, 28 holding three removable inserts and one for diameters 18, 25, 32, holding four removable inserts. Made of stainless steel these items can stand a working temperature of up to 150°C.

The standard engraving on the PM inserts, includes information such as shifts, days, months, years, or recycling material symbols. The body base has a double diameter with g6 / m6 tolerances which enables easy installation.

The inserts are always kept at the same level as the base, regardless of the direction of rotation, providing a perfect quality finish to the plastic parts. Special and customised engravings on the PM inserts can be made upon customer request, with the same quality and fast turnaround. A clear and sharp engraving is always ensured. The inserts can be quickly removed from the parting line of the mould. Users profit from easy maintenance for turning, cleaning, and replacement.
