Anca is introducing Inserts Pro, a flexible and universal software solution for grinding indexable inserts and custom-designed special inserts. The system meets the growing demand for automated processes and helps manufacturers reduce setup times, increase production quality and elevate productivity to a new level.

Inserts Pro is suitable for producing both ISO-standard inserts and tailor-made special inserts for specific applications. The fully automated platform combines speed, precision and flexibility, enabling manufacturers to lower costs, optimize cycle times and future-proof their production.

Users can run the new software on their Anca MX7 machines and additionally integrate other Anca platforms and functionalities to expand capacity and optimize processes.
