Additional exhibition space will make room for larger machinery displays and more complex production demonstrations at Industrial Spring 2027. Taking place at Expo Kielce from 6 to 9 April, the event will cover technologies from CNC machining and sheet metal processing to automation and industrial metrology.

For the industrial sector, recent years have brought a constant need to improve productivity, precision and production flexibility. Companies are investing in faster machining centres, laser technologies, process automation, quality control and solutions that reduce material and energy consumption. At the same time, investment decisions are becoming more demanding. Businesses want to know not only the specifications of a machine, but, above all, how it will perform in their own production facility and what results it can deliver.
This practical focus has long been a defining feature of Industrial Spring at Expo Kielce. Here, machines are not merely displayed as exhibits; appliances cut, mill, weld, grind, measure and carry out the processes they were designed for.
Nearly 24,000 participants and more than 700 companies
The scale of the event was demonstrated by the 2026 facts and figures. Over four days, nearly 24,000 participants visited Expo Kielce, where more than 700 exhibitors, co-exhibitors and represented companies from 18 countries presented their offerings.
Importantly, these results were achieved even as the venue’s exhibition capacity was partially restricted by ongoing construction. Despite having less space available, the event continued to attract strong interest.
In 2027, the situation will be quite different.
The new expo hall opens up fresh possibilities for Industrial Spring
For the first time, Industrial Spring will be able to take full advantage of Expo Kielce’s new exhibition hall. The facility offers approximately 15,500 square metres of exhibition space, plus an additional 3,000 square metres of mezzanine space.
Extra space is particularly important for industrial trade shows as exhibits include large machine tools, machining centres, laser cutting machines, welding stations and complete production lines, all of which require not only sufficient room but also suitable technical conditions.
The new expo hall will therefore make it possible to expand the displays, accommodate larger stands and demonstrate more complex technologies in action. This marks another stage in the development of an event that is already one of the largest industrial gatherings in this part of Europe.
From metalworking to finished-part inspection
Industrial Spring’s strength lies in the breadth of its offering; as Expo Kielce is the display for a series of trade shows which bring together technologies covering successive stages of industrial production.
Machine tools and tooling are showcased alongside sheet metal processing technologies, lasers, welding, surface treatment, pneumatics, automation, robotics, 3D printing and industrial metrology.
This allows visitors to view the production process as a whole. A manufacturing company representative does not have to attend solely to find a new machine tool or laser cutter. A single visit is the opportunity to compare machines, select tools, explore automation options for production workstations, find quality control solutions and discuss technology integration with suppliers.
You need to see a machine at work
When it comes to industrial investment, a technical catalogue or online presentation is often not enough. Factors such as machining quality, operating speed, changeover times, ease of programming, automated loading and the ability to integrate equipment into an existing process all matter.
That is why live demonstrations of machines and complete production processes are such an important part of Industrial Spring.
One example from 2026 was the industrial painting demonstrations at Expo-Surface, where visitors could observe coating application and see equipment operating under conditions similar to those found in real production environments.
The same applies to demonstrations of machine tools, laser equipment, welding systems and measurement technologies. Visitors can see the results first-hand, speak directly to manufacturers or process engineers and assess how a machine’s capabilities match the needs of their own businesses.

Technology, backed by expertise
Industrial Spring is about more than exhibition halls filled with working machinery. Its programme of expert-led sessions, developed in cooperation with industry, engineering and academia, is another important element of the event.
At the most recent edition, experts discussed topics including advanced welding processes, materials testing, and the quality and safety of technological processes. Cooperation also continued through the Metrology Cluster, which brings together organisations involved in measurement and quality control.
In 2027, discussions will continue to address the challenges facing modern manufacturing plants, including machinery upgrades, automation, digitalisation, quality, process efficiency and the implementation of new technologies.
Industrial Spring has established its position primarily as an event for professionals, including owners and representatives of manufacturing companies, engineers, process specialists, designers, maintenance professionals and those responsible for investment and production development.
The 2027 edition will take the event another step forward. More exhibition space, the new expo hall, hundreds of companies and, above all, technologies demonstrated in action will create the conditions for discussions that go beyond discovering a new product and lead to concrete investment decisions.
