The new Workholding Stabilizer System from Blue Photon will be launched in Europe at the EMO 2023 trade fair in Hannover, 18th to 23rd September, on stand B84 in hall 5. Representatives from European sales agent NCMT will be on the stand throughout the exhibition to help with live demonstrations and answer questions.

Among NSK’s focus products on Booth C42 in Hall 7 at EMO Hannover 2023 will be the latest linear guides. These linear guides offer the speed and rigidity necessary to meet demanding cycle time and accuracy requirements in machining operations.

After a four year hiatus due to the Covid pandemic, the Lach Diamant team will be welcoming once again familiar faces, friends and customers from around the world on its stand at EMO.

WFL Millturn Technologies will present two turning-boring-milling machines at EMO: the M50 Millturn / 3,000 mm and the M80X Millturn / 4,500 mm. Visitors can experience the M80X live with a demonstration of the machining of a gear shaft, including measurement of the gear teeth. Both machines feature a new design and are equipped with Sinumerik One.

With the Hilma.UC 125 and comprehensive accessories, Stark Spannsysteme offers a universal clamping system for workpieces of different sizes and geometries. In this way, only one vise is needed instead of numerous systems with different jaw openings. The company will present this universal clamp at EMO 2023.

Software company Open Mind will focus on turning, milling, and the importance of CAM software and MES in connected manufacturing environments at EMO 2023.

At EMO 2023, Mazak will be showcasing a total of 19 machines and twelve automation systems to include both machine tool and laser technologies, live cutting demonstrations, advanced software solutions and the latest developments in its Smooth Ai control software. A new CNC system, the OSP-P500, will be launched by Japanese machine tool builder Okuma on stand B36 in hall 15 at the EMO 2023 trade fair in Hannover, to be held from 18th to 23rd September. The smart machine control, which is manufactured in-house, combines highly productive and precise machining with ease of use, energy efficiency and safety features to protect against cyber attacks.

At the Biglia stand (Hall 17, D61) there will be new things to discover, for example the compact CNC turning centre Biglia BMX 45Y2, which will replace the successful B 438Y2 in the range of the leading Italian turning machine manufacturer.

German cutting tool and insert manufacturer Paul Horn, which offers 25,000 standard products and more than 150,000 special tooling solutions, will unveil new products and range expansions on its 580 square metre stand, A54, in Hall 5 at the EMO 2023 trade fair, which will take place in Hannover from 18th to 23rd September.
