Modiform and Van Tuijl Haaften have agreed on the acquisition of a substantial part of Thomsen’s production assets. The move is intended to secure the continued supply of Thomsen injection-moulded pots as Modiform phases out Thomsen’s activities.

A leadership change at RJG brings Niiko Rautiola to the CEO role from July 13. The former Milacron executive is expected to support the company’s work in autonomous moulding, AI-enabled manufacturing and new injection moulding technologies.

From 2 to 5 June 2026, FIP (France Innovation Plasturgie) will once again open its doors to trade visitors in Lyon. Arburg is placing particular emphasis on France, the country where its first international subsidiary was established.
