Riccardo Rosa has been re-appointed president of Ucimu-Sistemi per Produrre for the 2026–2027 term. He will lead the Italian machine tool, robotics and automation association with the support of three vice-presidents and a newly confirmed governing team.

The General Members’ Meeting of Ucimu-Sistemi per Produrre, convened to elect the Association’s new officers, re-appointed Riccardo Rosa as president of the Italian association of machine tool, robotics and automation system manufacturers for the 2026–2027 term. The meeting was held on Tuesday, 7 July.

Under Article 5(a) of the Ucimu Foundation’s articles of association, Riccardo Rosa (Rosa, Rescaldina, Milan) also automatically assumed the role of president of the Ucimu Foundation in his capacity as president of Ucimu.

During his term at the head of Ucimu, Riccardo Rosa will be supported by three vice-presidents: Filippo Gasparini (Gasparini, Mirano, Venice), Giulio Maria Giana (Giuseppe Giana, Magnago, Milan) and Luigi Maniglio (Fidia, Turin).

The three vice-presidents are members of the Executive Committee, which also includes the immediate past president, Barbara Colombo (Ficep, Gazzada Schianno, Varese), who was re-elected as treasurer of the Association at the meeting.

The Association’s board directors are Mauro Biglia (Officine E. Biglia, Incisa Scapaccino, Asti), Francesco Buffoli (Buffoli Transfer, Brescia), Giovanni Camozzi (Innse Berardi, Brescia), Antonio Cibotti (Bucci Automations, Faenza, Ravenna), Riccardo D’Ambrosio (Regg Inspection, Gorgonzola, Milan), Fabio Faggioli (Marposs Italia, Bentivoglio, Bologna), Enrico Garino (Prima Industrie – Prima Power, Collegno, Turin), Patrizia Ghiringhelli (Rettificatrici Ghiringhelli, Luino, Varese), Filippo Giannini (Siemens, Milan), Emanuele Magistri (BLM Group, Cantù, Como) and Marianna Rovai (Lazzati, Rescaldina, Milan).

The Executive Board also includes the former presidents Massimo Carboniero (Omera, Chiuppano, Vicenza), Ezio Colombo (Ficep, Gazzada Schianno, Varese), Luigi Galdabini (Cesare Galdabini, Cardano al Campo, Varese), Cesare Manfredi, Bruno Rambaudi, Pier Luigi Streparava (Streparava, Adro, Brescia) and Alberto Tacchella.

Davide Della Bella is director-general of the Association.
