Ejectors are among the components subject to the greatest stress in injection moulding and die casting moulds. Their design greatly influences process reliability, service life and the quality of the moulded part. With a comprehensive range of ejector pins, ejector sleeves, blade ejectors and core pins, Meusburger offers the right solution for almost every application. Find the right ejector quickly and easily

With the ejector configurator, Meusburger enables the fast selection of standard ejectors and the customisation of ejectors cut to length and ready for installation, with a length tolerance of 0/+0.02 mm. Price, lead time and CAD data are available immediately after configuration. Special manufacture items can also be configured directly in the system. The configurator automatically recognises standard items and also checks whether they can be used as a basis for cut-to-length dimensions. Designers and mould makers benefit from reduced procurement effort and faster integration into existing designs.

For different requirements in mould making Meusburger offers numerous ejector solutions which are desinged to improve process reliability, service life and the quality of the moulded parts in a targeted manner:

• DLC-coated ejectors: The wear-resistant DLC coating reduces friction and minimises wear. This increases the service life, improves process reliability and protects sensitive component surfaces – especially when there are high requirements for wear resistance and surface quality as well as in cleanroom applications.

• Anti-twist ejectors and core pins: The integrated anti-rotation blocking ensures continual and precise positioning in the mould. This reduces burr formation, ensures reproducible part quality and at the same time simplifies design and manufacture.

• Ejector pins for ventilation: The different variations are available in a wide range of diameters and lengths as well as with DLC coating and enable fast, targeted ventilation of the cavity directly via the ejector pin. Thanks to the ventilation surfaces along almost the entire shaft length, the pins can be cut to custom lengths and are therefore particularly suited to being retrofit into existing moulds.

• Blade ejectors: The range includes numerous widths, thicknesses and lengths as well as special extra long blades for particularly large ejector strokes. Variations with 2 or 4 angle radii are available, and additionally all dimensions are also available as a DLC coated version.
