Husky Technologies has installed India's first integrated injection moulding system for blood collection tube (BCT) production at CML Biotech Limited, one of the country's largest BCT manufacturers. Utilizing Husky's Ichor injection moulding system and world-renowned PET technology, the system will improve part quality, weight variations, cycle times, and overall efficiency in the BCT production process. Real-time monitoring through Husky's Advantage+Elite will optimise system performance and preempt potential production issues. According to Husky, this venture reflects their ongoing commitment to transforming the manufacturing process of medical devices and improving global healthcare.
