Switzerland/Germany - Indel AG has concluded the takeover of Zimmer & Kreim and will continue the successful path both have mapped together since the late 1980s.

Russikon-based Indel AG in Switzerland has successfully concluded the takeover of Germany's Zimmer & Kreim GmbH & Co. KG (ZK) in Brensbach, having purchased the remaining shares from former shareholder Ringmetall AG.

Both Indel and ZK have been working together successfully since the late 1980s. With its Swiss-made electronic components, Indel provides the technological platform for all ZK die-sinking EDM machines and Chameleon automation solutions. As strategic development partners, both work closely together on innovative developments for industrial processing technologies. The focus is to continue the further development of the eroding generator and the HMI of the eroding machines. The successful introduction of the new genius Nova eroding machine series is a confirmation for the developers of both companies. The erosion generator and the newly developed user interface are said to set new standards in the industry.

A confirmation of the successful partnership until now is for company founder Klaus Kreim, who is active in the company as CEO and minority shareholder.
