Canada/Europe – Mold Hotrunner Solutions (MHS) is celebrating its 15-year anniversary this year. Since its launch in early 2002, it has established itself as a global technology company in the field of valve gate hot runner systems.
Canada – Last year was a record year for the global supplier of automated injection moulding solutions, Mold Hotrunner Solutions (MHS). Celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, the company, which specialises in valve gate hot runner systems, reports a growth in revenue by 40%. Furthermore, MHS has recently increased its workforce in North America by 25% to meet strong customer demand in the medical, automotive, packaging and appliance sectors.
Commercial hot runner systems have been available for over 40 years, and though the first design was patented in the US as long ago as 1940, the basic technique has not altered too much from the original. By Martin Courtney
Canada / Germany – MHS Mold Hotrunner Solutions, headquartered in Canada, has recently launched a new subsidiary in Germany. MHS Heisskanaltechnik is located in Würzburg in northern Bavaria and is led by Dipl.-Ing. Hendrik Leidigkeit.
A patent-pending system that creates “continuous melt transfer connections” is expected to open a number of new areas within the mould for designers. These movable channels have reportedly already provided distinct advantages in large thin-wall parts.
