The leading manufacturer based in Russia provides services for the repair and modernisation of various machines as well. It also supplies the CIS countries, Europe, Asia, Latin and North America.
One of the highlights at Intermash's booth will be its Inter 600, a surface grinding machine with a round magnetic table and programmed control, which is suited for peripheral and disc grinding of workpieces made of industrial-scale, plant-designed materials. Intermash says Inter 600 enables high precision and fine machining. It has a constant peripheral workpiece speed and a constant feed-per-table revolution. Offering a high level of setting accuracy, convenient control, sustainable grinding quality and a high degree of efficiency, it has a touchscreen LED display that allows for the easy selection of optimised grinding modes. The automatic, compensated wheel dressing facilitates simple and fast operation. The machine is employed mainly in the automotive, landscape, hydraulic and aerospace industries.
Another surface grinding machine, the Inter 630, has a cross-slide table. It is used for the peripheral and disc grinding of workpieces made of magnetic and non-magnetic industrial materials. Intermash says it adopts a three-stage quality control when manufacturing the Inter 630 to ensure its high quality.
