Creating a material flow that is gentle on the melt

The two-cavity hot runner was designed with a compact four-fold sub-distribution for a material flow that would be gentle on the melt. It also caters for high temperature-resistant heating and thermocouple connections. As the nozzle construction is modular, all components such as the nozzle tip, thermocouples or heating element can be replaced separately. Nozzles and manifolds in the hot runner system can be regulated independently of each other.

For the past two years, Kron has been happy with its Günther hot running system.
