Vollmer acquires ultrasonic deburring company

As of the 1st of July 2022, sharpening specialist Vollmer holds a majority share in the start-up company Ultratec Anlagentechnik Münz, which will be known as Ultratec innovation in future. The company launched its ultrasonic deburring systems in 2019 and wants to advance its economic and marketing development together with Vollmer.
