At Moulding Expo 2025 in Stuttgart, Nonnenmann showcases its comprehensive portfolio for tool and mould making, including special parts manufacturing, temperature control solutions, and maintenance equipment. Simultaneously, the company opens its new showroom in Winterbach, offering live demonstrations of injection moulding automation and modern tool servicing solutions.

When the toolmaking industry meets at the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre for the Moulding Expo trade fair at the beginning of May, Nonnenmann will also be there as an exhibitor, providing components for the toolmaking and plastics industries. From 6 to 9 May 2025, the Swabian family-owned company will be presenting its portfolio at its exhibition stand (Hall 6, Stand D60), with a focus on tool and mould making and tool maintenance. The focus is on the wide range of manufacturing options as an extended workbench for special parts and mould bases. Also on display are the efficient temperature control solutions and the wide range of ejectors and ejector sleeves, which are available as standard from stock or in special designs made to drawings, as well as created on request using the online configurator. For mould maintenance and servicing, visitors to the trade fair can find out more about the Nowmove-MSB maintenance station, the dry ice blasting unit with integrated dry ice production from liquid CO₂ and the cleaning device for temperature control systems, Propnew.
“Our motto ‘We have it in view for you’ means focusing on the requirements and goals of our customers and supporting them effectively and efficiently in their daily tasks and challenges with our entire portfolio of products and services,” explains Managing Director Volker Nonnenmann. “Moulding Expo offers a good platform for personal exchange and presentation of our possibilities. In dialogue with the customer, it is always about recognising their wishes or problems, showing suitable solutions and realising long-term added value for the customer. The combination of Moulding Expo and our showroom provides the ideal mix of theory and practice. Visions sketched out at the trade fair in the morning can be experienced and put into practice in the showroom in the afternoon,” says Nonnenmann, describing the background to the action week.
At the same time as the trade fair, the company is also holding its own showroom week at its headquarters in Winterbach, 40 km away. This gives visitors to the trade fair and other interested parties the opportunity to visit the showroom in the afternoon and experience various application solutions for injection moulding, automation, tool cleaning and tool handling live, as well as to exchange ideas with the technical advisors on these topics and their applications.
A supporting programme with catering will be provided, including the live production of a currywurst tray using the injection moulding process, which can be sampled on the spot. Participation in the showroom event is free of charge and possible without prior registration from 6 to 8 May, in each case from 12:00 to 19:00.
The opening of the new showroom gives customers and interested parties the opportunity to experience the complete package for injection moulding automation and the wide range of solutions for modern mould maintenance live. Making robotics and automation in injection moulding easy and all from a single source – the live presentation of complete robotic and automation solutions for injection moulding production is the centrepiece of the showroom. But the innovative helpers that make work easier, safer and more effective when maintaining and servicing injection moulding tools, such as the Nowturn mould turner or the new Nowmove-MSB maintenance station with an air-cushioned support plate and a function for testing ejectors, core pulls, needle valves and tightness, are also available on site for testing. The new generation of dry ice blasting without the costly logistics of dry ice procurement can be experienced directly in handling and application in the showroom. Even outside of the trade fair and event week, the company offers interested parties the opportunity to make an appointment for an exclusive visit to the in-house showroom in Winterbach (near Stuttgart) to experience the product portfolio live.
