In keeping with the diversity of the company, FPS will be exhibiting a wide range of machines, products and services at EMO 2023. For example, in addition to the manual FPS 300M, the further developed FPS 500M-hydro with Heidenhain active display will also be on show, as well as an FPS Dualmaster with the latest generation of high-end CNC. In addition, the Upper Bavarian company will present its exceptional retrofit know-how in the form of a Deckel FP3 Aktiv that has been completely overhauled and converted to CE.
What all machines have in common is that they are linked to FPS next Industry 4.0. This means that trade visitors to the trade fair can see for themselves the possibilities and performance of this digitalisation solution live. In addition to e-learning, which is important for training, this also includes a manufacturer-independent machine fleet management system that is appreciated in industrial companies.
Equally interesting for all users is the new IoT data display in real time as well as integrated process monitoring with a workspace camera, via which the work process can be observed regardless of location.
In order to be able to answer individual questions in the best possible way, FPS also has its own area where the concept of FPS next Industry 4.0 is presented. Various information videos and corresponding process presentations are shown on large monitors. In addition, expert advisors are available on the entire stand to answer all questions about machines, software and other services.
