Achteck Tool Technology, the cutting expert for hard-to-machine materials, will make its appearance at EMO Hannover 2025 from September 22–26, 2025 in Germany. As one of the world’s most influential platforms for metalworking, EMO Hannover brings together leading manufacturers to showcase cutting-edge technologies and innovations. Achteck will present its full portfolio of high-performance cutting tool solutions at Hall 3, Booth F25.

At EMO 2025, Achteck will present several new and updated tool lines, including:

Next-generation coated steel turning inserts (AP152/252P) offering high cutting speeds

Superalloy machining tools (AP010S) with an ultrafine-grain carbide substrate and new PVD coating for improved wear and oxidation resistance

AO12 square shoulder milling cutter designed for a broad range of materials

High-precision cutting tools (AP100U grade) for small-part machining

Solid carbide drills and end mills for stainless steel and other difficult-to-machine materials

According to the company, these developments reflect its expertise in materials, coatings, and tool design, and aim to provide efficient, high-precision solutions for sectors such as aerospace, energy, automotive and medical technology.

Achteck Technology Day

Achteck will also hold its Technology Day on 23 September 2025 from 14:00 to 16:30 in Saal 12 of the Hannover Exhibition Center. Following its previous event in Ganzhou in 2023, the meeting will bring together international partners to present new products, share market insights, and discuss future business opportunities.

The agenda will include company strategy updates, new product launches, market outlooks, distributor support programs, and a networking session.
