High-precision components for tools used in the production of medical technology products, including mould cores for syringes and pipettes as well as needles for dosing technology, haven been a speciality of Eberhard for decades. Extreme surface requirements such as high-gloss polishing are equally part of the repertoire as are tablet and tamping punches.

The German manufacturer is also well positioned for the growing field of electromobility. Shafts, upper and lower punches for battery production as well as punches for the production of electric motor body panels are part of the company's know-how. Impact extrusion punches in addition to hexagonal and toothed punches meet the high requirements for stability.

Furthermore, high resistance to wear and accuracy are valued by customers in measuring technology. Tolerances of two or three micrometers are possible. Standardised products such as ejector sleeves, ejectors or punches are manufactured in Germany at the Eberhard plants in batch sizes of several thousand pieces.
