AMB, International Exhibition for Metal Working, will also again live up to its reputation as the leading event for the metal working industry in 2024. According to the organisers, this is clearly illustrated by the high level of commitment shown by the industry and the number of registrations that have already been received.
The latest products, technologies, innovations, services and concepts are presented in all their facets on an exhibition area of around 120,000 square metres.

A large number of companies, including market leaders and world market leaders, confirmed during AMB 2022 that they would be taking part in AMB in 2024. They therefore expressed their confidence in the event and sent an early signal. “This impressive commitment to AMB fills us with great pleasure and pride. We are confident that we will again experience full exhibition halls from 10 to 14 September 2024,” said Sebastian Schmid, Vice President of Messe Stuttgart. “AMB is the international meeting point for the metal working industry and offers exhibitors and trade visitors a unique platform to exchange technical know-how, present the latest technologies and foster business relationships.”
The exhibition areas for 2024 were improved together with the exhibition advisory board in order to create an even better trade fair experience. On a gross exhibition area of around 120,000 square metres the focal points will be machine tools, production facilities, precision tools, measuring systems and quality assurance, software and digitalisation, automation and materials handling systems, parts, components and operating materials, as well as services and warehouse and workshop fittings. Numerous market leaders and world market leaders have already confirmed that they will be taking part in AMB 2024.
The registration window for AMB 2024 is open and more than 200 companies have already registered. The quicker the better: exhibitors booking their stand before 30 June 2023 will benefit from an early-bird price for the first time. Allocation of floor space will start on 13 October 2023. This date is also the closing date for registration for AMB 2024. “All registrations which we receive up until 13 October 2023 will be included in the first floor space allocation phase. After that date, the principle of 'first come, first served' will apply to the still available spaces in the specific thematic area,” said Schmid.
