Thanks to the newly developed Eneskaimpulse 230 welding system for repair welding in tool and mould making, even newcomers no longer need to worry about how to operate correctly.
In the tool and mould making industry, repair welding ensures that expensive production equipment remains usable for as long as possible. Joke Technology has developed a welding system that makes it particularly easy to achieve good welding results.

In tool and mould making, repair welding is an important part of maintenance. In this way, excessive wear, production downtimes and quality defects are prevented. This means that these expensive production resources are retained for longer. The newly developed Eneskaimpulse 230 welding system from Joke Technology now makes precise in-house repair simple, thanks to its intuitive operability and preset programmes, according to the company. The welding system will premiere at Intec 2023 in Leipzig in Hall 2.
Straightaway welding with a good result
Whenever welding needs to be done very precisely and with little heat input and rework, the new TIG and single-pulse welding system is a great help. Moreover, the time-consuming safety precautions and instructions often required for laser welding can be dispensed with. The special feature of the Eneskaimpulse 230 welding system represents not only the current state of the art, but is also specially adapted to the wishes and needs of the user. The developers at Joke have deliberately focused on ease of operation, as they go on to say. The welder therefore offers the familiar central push and turn control, but also a modern colour display that guides the user intuitively and self-explanatorily through the welding process. It also provides feedback so that beginners or even professionals can achieve good results right from the start.

Using preset or customised welding programmes
Users of the Eneskaimpulse 230 can enter the parameters of their own welding tasks (such as material, material thicknesses and seam designs). They automatically receive the appropriate suggestions for the ideal settings with which a precise and, above all, repeatable result could be achieved. The basis for this is an extensive data library, the "Joke folder", in which the finished programmes are stored based on the empirical values of the Joke welding technicians, as the manufacturer notes. Users also have the option of using the programmes as set or modifying them further according to their wishes and experience. In addition, users can create and save their own favourite settings for recurring standard jobs, which can be called up again at the touch of a button.
