Time pressure and complex requirements are part of everyday life for designers in the mould and die making industry. To address these challenges, Meusburger is launching its new campaign, ‘Designs at the click of a button’.

Realising complex designs in the shortest possible time — this is exactly where Meusburger’s digital solutions come into their own. Intelligent configurators and wizards reduce manual steps, minimise sources of error and guide designers through the entire development process — from the mould base to the stamping die. One example is the hot runner configurator: With a wide range of manifold types, nozzles and variable positions, the manifold system can be precisely adjusted to individual requirements.

The Meusburger CAD tool gives designers direct access to the extensive standard parts library. Configurable models with defined installation spaces, as well as integrated wizards for mould bases and die sets, ensure a structured and time-saving workflow. Regular updates, offline use and compatibility with various CAD systems offer additional flexibility. The Meusburger NX Tool is available specifically for users of Siemens NX. It enables a seamless, efficient design process directly within your familiar CAD environment.

A high degree of standardisation is a key factor in achieving long-term success in mould & die making. Standardised components reduce maintenance and repair costs and ensure long-term interchangeability. By consistently using Meusburger standard parts, companies can continue to benefit from reliable production and high process reliability for many years.

In addition to digital tools, Meusburger also offers custom product solutions that can be configured directly in the Meusburger portal. The relevant 3D data is generated automatically and is immediately available for export. Examples of this are:

Two-stage ejector E 1860: Our leading type two-stage ejector ensures precise and reliable movement of two ejector sets. Custom parameters can be defined, and pre-configured CAD data is available for immediate integration.

Customised springs: Designers define the system compression spring and installation situation — preloaded, in the end position or at any point of the mould or die stroke. Seconds later, the CAD data is automatically generated and made available in three different formats.
