Moulding-Expo Suppliers and buyers to gather in Stuttgart

Germany - The German Association for Materials Management, Purchasing and Logistics (BME) will be staging a 2-day seminar during the upcoming Moulding-Expo in Stuttgart (5 to 8 May 2015), bringing buyers and suppliers together.

They depend on one another to a large extent - buyers in large industrial enterprises and medium-sized suppliers in the tool and mould making industry. However, there is often a tense relationship between these business partners. Cost pressure and production-related constraints on both sides make it more difficult to conclude contracts. It is therefore all the more important in this situation to prevent misunderstandings and keep business practices transparent.

Moulding Expo, the international trade fair for tool, pattern and mould making, will examine this tense relationship, the organisers announced. The biennial trade fair will not only be the event "by the industry for the industry", it will also be a showcase for innovative manufacturers of tools, patterns and moulds. Around 600 exhibitors have reportedly registered for Moulding Expo so far.
