Among the latest on show are the company’s tie rod cylinders, which are equipped with new linear cushioning. According to the company, these cylinders can move large masses at high speeds with no problems, and can be stopped within very short periods. This increases not only the performance but also the efficiency of the cylinder. The linear cushioning requires no adjustment, thereby saving on adjustment errors occurring. Furthermore, tie rod cylinders are hydraulic cylinders manufactured to DIN/ISO 6020/2. They allow a maximum operating pressure of up to 160 bar. Their piston diameters range from 25 mm to 200 mm. The cylinders have multiple mounting options and the ground, hardened and hard chrome-plated piston rods are standard. Their Viton seals are standard and the cylinders are tie rod-rolled. They also have interchangeable assembly dimensions to allow for quick and easy installation as well as maintenance and they are readily available from stock.
