TMTS 2026 showcased Taiwan’s transformation from a machinery exporter to an AI and ecosystem provider. Nearly 73,000 visitors from over 80 countries generated business opportunities worth over US$2 billion.

The “Taiwan International Machine Tool Show (TMTS) 2026”, hosted by the Taiwan Machine Tool & Accessory Builders’ Association (TMBA), has come to a close after four successful days. The event captivated visitors with its lively atmosphere and offered numerous new business opportunities.

Trade visitors from over 80 countries took the opportunity to exchange ideas and network. In total, the fair recorded around 73,000 visitors from both Taiwan and abroad. International visitors accounted for around ten per cent of the total. It is expected that TMTS 2026 will generate a procurement volume of over 2 billion US dollars.
