At K 2025 in Düsseldorf, Haitian International will present two new machine generations for the packaging industry: the electric Zhafir Zeres F and the servo-hydraulic Haitian MAV/F Pro — both live in Europe for the first time.

The new generation of the Zhafir Zeres F Series combines electrical precision and an intelligent machine concept with high-speed. Technical highlights include injection speeds of up to 500 mm/s, motion sequences of up to 1,300 mm/s, and AI-supported tool monitoring that detects deviations of 0.01 mm in less than 0.05 seconds. A new cylinder heating technology reduces energy consumption by up to 30 percent. The ZE-F Series achieves an efficiency of up to 95 percent.

Live at the trade fair, the ZE-F Series will showcase a 500 ml food container with a 4 cavity mould including a fully integrated IML cell, was developed entirely in-house — made by Haitian Smart Solutions.

With the Zhafir Zeres F and the servo-hydraulic Haitian Mars F Pro, Haitian International addresses a wide range of applications in the packaging industry.
