Envalior will make its debut at K 2025 inMesse Düsseldorf from October 8 to 15. The global materials company will present its Sustainable & High-Performance Engineering Materials portfolio across three industries: Mobility, Electrical & Electronics, and Consumer Goods. Reducing environmental impact will be a central theme, with applications made from bio- or recycled-based sources on display. Visitors can find Envalior in Hall 6, Booth B11. Experts will be available to explain how the company helps to speed up innovation through co-development at every stage of the design and manufacturing process.

Envalior combines a strong global organization and portfolio with a dedicated local presence to deliver tailored application support, R&D expertise and compounding services. Its ongoing investments in regional compounding capacity, such as the new Xytron PPS compounding facility under construction in Uerdingen, Germany, reinforce its commitment to supporting customers where they operate.

At K 2025, Envalior will present a wide range of material innovations and services across key industries. In the mobility sector, the company will showcase new polymer solutions for electric and hybrid vehicles, including high-voltage connectors, hydrogen storage vessels made entirely from thermoplastics, and components for e-powertrains and inverters. The electrical and electronics segment will feature sustainable alternatives to fossil-based materials, such as halogen-free, flame-retardant polyamides with recycled and bio-based content, as well as ultrathin insulation materials for e-motors. For consumer goods, Envalior introduces high-performance foaming grades for athletic footwear and durable materials for household appliances. The company also highlights its growing portfolio of bio- and recycled-based materials, including PFAS-free options designed to meet future regulatory requirements. Additionally, Envalior will launch its integrated Engineering Services, offering customers a combination of materials science, application expertise, advanced modelling, and AI tools to improve development efficiency and reduce risk.
