For the third time, Mack Brooks Exhibitions, organiser of Euroblech, has awarded companies for outstanding achievements.
This year's competition was themed “Step into the digital reality”, as it looked for outstanding examples of best practice, innovation and excellence in sheet-metal working.
“As a leading industry event, Euroblech has always been an important barometer for the sheet-metal working industry,” Stephen Brooks, chairman of Mack Brooks Exhibitions, said during his speech at the award ceremony on Wednesday.
The winners were selected in an online voting in three categories, “Digital Transformation”, “Best Start-up” and “E-Mobility”. A total of 1241 sheet-metal working specialists took part in the online voting, Mack Brooks announced.
Three international winners
With a total of 243 votes the winner of the category “Best Start-up” is Fractory Solutions, a start-up company based in Estonia, that offers an on-demand sheet-metal manufacturing platform that streamlines the outsourcing process.
The winner in the category ”Digital Transformation“ with 166 votes is Trumpf Werkzeugmaschinen for their indoor localisation solution that digitalises the material flow.
With 63 votes, Q-Fin Quality Finishing has been chosen as the winner in the category “E-Mobility”. Their finishing machines are specifically designed for the deburring, grinding and edge rounding of very small sheet-metal parts as well as for the processing of different material qualities of sheet metal including compound materials to be used in lightweight production for electric cars.
