The milling and eroding specialist Exeron, based in the northern Black Forest, can be pleased about a notable strategic reinforcement of its international network: With the new partner YCM Technologies, based in Santa Fe Springs/Los Angeles, California, Exeron has now found a strong partner with a longstanding reputation in the market, who is well known and is able to provide the best possible support to American customers. YCM Technology (USA), is the American headquarters of the Taiwanese machine manufacturer YMC and has trading partners throughout North America. The cooperation with the YCM Alliance was officially launched last September at the IMTS trade fair in Chicago.
„Make it better, together“ — that is the motto of Oberndorf's new trading partner. This fits well and may also be understood and evaluated as a prelude and starting point for a new market development strategy in the USA. “The market will continue to grow in the next few years and we definitely want to be clearly present,” says Dipl.-Ing. MBA Adrián Ramírez de Anda, International Sales Manager & Back Office at Exeron, summarising the motives for the reorientation and strengthening of the company's position on the other side of the Atlantic.

Intensive market review and partner selection
After an intensive analysis, Exeron decided that the best option was to work with YCM Technology as part of the YCM Alliance. The decisive reason: YCM Alliance is a successful combination of machine tool manufacturer, dealer and solution expert. YMC Technology and Exeron can thus jointly offer application-based and complete systems that help customers improve processes, quality and overall machining productivity.
For complex customer requests, YCM Alliance engages in a joint assessment process with participating partners to better understand the customer's unique requirements, challenges, and goals. The result is a comprehensive individual solution. This then takes into account not only the process, machine types and configuration, but also financing, cost justification and return on investment (ROI).
Tony Pekalski, the head of the new partner and President of YCM Technology (USA), is also convinced of the mutual benefits resulting from the great similarities: “Exeron is an excellent fit for us. YCM Technology's strategic orientation is based on quality, professionalism, respect and sustainability — in other words, exactly what our new German partner embodies.”
