Hasco expands its multi-coupling series

The existing multi-coupling system allows the central connection of several temperature control circuits in just one work step, Hasco points out. This helps to optimise production processes. In addition, set-up processes are faster and easier. Thanks to the defined assignment of the connections, there is also no danger of confusing lines, it continues. The Hasco standard system, which has now been extensively expanded, is available as an open or closed system with a valve. Hasco emphasises the low-leakage function of the multi-coupling system, which prevents the loss of temperature control fluid during decoupling due to the absolutely flat sealing end faces.

Furthermore, the modular design makes it possible to put together individual configurations. In addition, this also allows for easy integration into existing systems. Hasco offers its multi-couplings as 6-, 12- and 20-coupling systems, whereby individual couplings can also be exchanged without having to dismantle the hoses. The multi-coupling system is also available with many different locking couplings and locking nipples. These include variants with internal or external threads, push-lok or hose nozzles.

Durable hoses for temperature control circuits

The innovations continue with the Push-Lok system, which connects temperature control circuits quickly and safely. Now, Hasco says, it has been supplemented with further high-quality hose variants. The new Push-Lok hoses go by the product name Z859PL/... and have been specially developed for even easier assembly, it continues. Available in blue and red, they are unmistakable when it comes to coupling and uncoupling the inlets and outlets on the injection mould. Coordinated manufacturing tolerances simplify assembly. The special material mixture from which the hoses are made makes them flexible, twist-free, yet kink-resistant and durable. The hoses are designed for a temperature range of - 40 to 140 degrees Celsius.

The Push-Lok system, which was also mentioned in the context of the multi-coupling system above, stands for a quick repair that can be carried out directly at the workbench. Hose clamps and crimping sleeves are not required for this. An end point marked via the marking ring facilitates the process-safe assembly of the hose on the coupling. The special geometry of all Push-Lok components ensures that the connection remains secure even during injection moulding. The system also includes quick-release couplings with and without shut-off valves, which are angled at 45 or 90°, or double nozzles with which hoses can be extended, and the new multi-coupling system.

Hasco has adapted the extended Push-Lok system to its standard temperature control range so that changing systems is no problem.
