Elmet has appointed Dr Markus Nuspl as CEO, bringing in an experienced industry manager with extensive expertise in silicone processing, quality management and corporate development. With a focus on sustainable growth, innovation and long-term partnerships, Nuspl is set to guide the company through its next phase of international development.

Dr. Markus Nuspl, an experienced manager and proven industry expert, is taking over as CEO of Elmet. A mining engineer with a Ph.D., he brings more than 20 years of industry experience as well as extensive expertise in silicone processing, quality management, innovation, and corporate development. Most recently, he served as CEO of Rico Elastomere Projecting, where he was responsible for the company’s strategic and operational development for several years.
