Events VDWF members gather at Meissner and Bikar Metalle

Germany – The German Association of Tool and Mould Makers‘ (VDWF) networking event for young entrepreneurs “Voll Wild” entered the third round on 27 September 2016. The event once again exceeded expectations, drawing around 50 participants to the event, which aims to bring young entrepreneurs in Germany’s mould making sector together.

The event included a visit to Meissner, a Wallau-based tool and mould maker, creating tools for engine blocks castings, cylinder heads and other cast parts, as well as blow moulds primarily for the manufacture of fuel tanks and filler pipes, and tools for the production of car trim parts from various materials. The company has an exceptional equity ratio of 62%.

The next stop was at Bikar Metalle in Bad Berleburg, where participants had the opportunity to tour the company's production facilities.

Presentations about the importance of IT security and how to create a "dream company" rounded off the interesting event.
