Software company Open Mind will be exhibiting at AMB from 10 to 14 September 2024 in Stuttgart. The manufacturer of the HypermillI CAD/CAM suite will not only be presenting innovative extensions to its software, but also its range of services, from practical training to solution concepts for process optimisation.

Visitors to the trade fair can see for themselves how Hypermill can be used to realise networked, digitised manufacturing environments at three workstations. Important aspects here include the Hummingbird MES (Manufacturing Execution System), Hypermill automation technologies and the virtual machine.

This year, Open Mind will once again be providing information on CAD/CAM innovations at the international metalworking exhibition. The Hypermill Turning Solutions are among the highlights presented by the company at AMB. One of the innovations is also an example of working with digital twins: turning machines with turrets and Siemens control systems are accurately reproduced in Hypermill Virtual Machining with all tools. The tooling is thus part of the NC code simulation.

Better planning, networking, controlling and automating processes: an agile manufacturing execution system such as Hummingbird-MES helps companies optimise their production processes. This allows them to make the best possible use of resources and increase productivity.

Hummingbird-MES is a highly flexible solution that offers various modules and system components for everything from an entry-level digitalisation to a comprehensive production management.
