From 6 to 9 May 2025, Moulding Expo in Stuttgart will showcase cutting-edge innovations in tool, pattern, and mould making. Industry leaders will present groundbreaking technologies, smart manufacturing solutions and the latest in precision tools to drive global competitiveness.

From 6 to 9 May 2025, the industry will meet in Stuttgart to discuss the latest developments in tool, pattern and mould making and to strengthen its competitiveness in economically challenging times.

Volker Nonnenmann, Managing Director of Nonnenmann, emphasises the importance of Moulding Expo as a key platform for presenting new products and strengthening global competitiveness: “Like German industry, tool and mould making in the DACH region is also undergoing radical change and must overcome old procurement structures. World market-leading knowledge alone is not enough to remain globally competitive. Moulding Expo offers an important platform, especially now. We are pleased to be able to show our new products at the trade fair, which we are launching before the fair.”

The importance of continuous development is also emphasised by Hufschmied Zerspanungssysteme. At the trade fair, the company is presenting innovative technologies and tools.

Christel Hufschmied, Managing Director of Hufschmied Zerspanungssysteme, summarises: “Continuous innovation and the development of customer-specific solutions are crucial to remaining competitive as a European toolmaker. With patented solutions such as the Graftor, we are increasing production capacity, quality and cost-effectiveness. Visitors to our stand can find out about our latest developments and tools.”

For Sodick Deutschland, the presentation of its high-precision eroding machines is the main focus at Moulding Expo. Visitors can see the machines in action at the 99-square-metre stand.

Salvatore Cocco, Vice President of Sodick Deutschland, emphasises: “Moulding Expo is one of the most important German trade fairs for tool, pattern and mould making. Since the beginning, we have used the trade fair to present our latest developments. When choosing an EDM system, accuracy, performance, energy efficiency and the cost per hour are the main factors — and this is precisely where the Sodick + series comes in. Visitors can see the latest Sodick machines for themselves at Moulding Expo.”

For Werkzeugbau Winkelmühle, Moulding Expo is an important industry event for presenting expertise in the field of precision tools and modern production technology.

Tom Berthold, Managing Director of Werkzeugbau Winkelmühle, says: “Moulding Expo is one of the most important dates in our trade fair calendar. We are focusing on important impulses in the field of smart manufacturing in toolmaking, the associated supplier technologies and prospects for related research fields.
