Standard parts manufacturer Meusburger has reorganised its management structure. With a leadership team firmly rooted in mould and die making, the company is emphasising stability for its customers amid economic uncertainty while continuing to expand its digital services. In January 2026, following years of preparation, Guntram Meusburger transferred operational management of Meusburger Georg GmbH & Co KG to Stefan Kraxner. He now leads the company together with Tobias Fuchs, Head of Finance and Central Operations, and Simon Köb, Head of Sales and Marketing.

Stefan Kraxner brings extensive industry expertise to the role. A recognised specialist in mould and die making, he learned the trade from the ground up. This strong practical background is intended to ensure that Meusburger continues to develop solutions closely aligned with the needs of the industry. As a market leader with the industry’s largest standard parts warehouse, the company offers a well-coordinated product portfolio and high availability, positioning itself as a reliable partner for customers across a wide range of sectors in a dynamic market environment.

Experience and continuity in the management trio

The new management team stands for continuity. Collectively, the three executives bring decades of experience within Meusburger and have played a key role in its transformation from a standard parts manufacturer into a full-range supplier. Stefan Kraxner previously contributed his expertise, particularly in hot runner systems, as Managing Director of Meusburger Deutschland GmbH and as COO at the company’s headquarters in Wolfurt.

Simon Köb (CSO) has been with Meusburger for around ten years and has served on the executive board since 2019. His long-standing experience as Head of Sales for Europe has given him in-depth insight into customer requirements across different markets. Tobias Fuchs (CFO) has also been with the company for a similar period and is responsible for company-wide financial matters. He was appointed an authorised signatory and has been a member of the executive board since 2022.

Digital focus through the Meusburger portal

Digital transformation is a central priority for the new management. Meusburger positions itself as a digital pioneer in the industry, aiming to simplify customer processes. The Meusburger portal goes beyond the functionality of a conventional web shop. As a central ordering and service platform, it consolidates products and information to enable efficient purchasing and process integration. ‘Our portal supports our customers throughout the entire product life cycle – from CAD integration and individual configurations to service and reordering’, explains Simon Köb.

Guntram Meusburger, who has been with the company since 1999, is stepping down from day-to-day operations but will remain with the company as owner at holding level. He will continue to support the strategic direction and ensure that the values of quality and precision, which the name Meusburger represents, are upheld. ‘I am handing over the management with great confidence. The new management team knows the company, its values and markets very well. I am convinced that Meusburger is perfectly positioned for the years to come’, says Guntram Meusburger. With this long-term succession plan, Meusburger is consolidating its position as a leading manufacturer and offering its customers the security they need for a successful future in mould, die, and jigs and fixtures construction.
