Introduced for the first time at Mach, the highlight of Kerf’s exhibits is expected to be the Linc-Cut Fiber 1530A fiber laser machine. The Linc-Cut Fiber 1530A, a product of Lincoln Electric, is designed for optimal cutting quality, featuring linear guidance, dynamic kinematics, helical drives and exceptional rigidity and precision. Available in 3 kW, 6 kW, or 12 kW configurations with bed sizes of 3 m by 1.5 m or 4 m by 2 m, the machine aims to set a new standard in precision, repeatability, and cutting speed.

This innovative machine includes an auto-focus laser head with automatic gas and cutting height calibration for optimum performance, as well as a compact laser source with a 75 μm fiber core diameter for superior cutting quality. It also features an advanced CNC system equipped with surveillance cameras for operational monitoring and control, along with software for drawing and automated nesting. The Linc-Cut Fiber 1530A incorporates various productivity-enhancing technologies such as Flycut, Fast-Cutting, and Collision Avoidance.

In addition, Kerf Developments will introduce the Kerf Ultra, a new machine that integrates oxy/fuel and plasma cutting into a single solution. This combination machine offers increased cutting capabilities, flexibility, and processing speed, while reducing setup time and material changeovers. The Ultra represents a significant technological advancement with its new motion system, linear slide technology, and machine frame design, promising enhanced speed, precision, repeatability, and cut quality.

Kerf Developments' partnership with Lincoln Electric, a global leader in cutting and welding technology, underscores the collaborative effort to bring these advanced technologies to the UK market. Lincoln Electric will also present its latest innovations at Mach, including the Linc-Cobot system for collaborative robotic welding and solutions for structural steel processing.

With the introduction of these new products, Kerf Developments reinforces its position as a comprehensive source for profiling needs in the UK. The combination of cutting-edge cutting solutions and welding automation technology from Lincoln Electric positions Kerf's exhibit as a pivotal destination for professionals seeking advanced cutting and welding solutions.
