AMB 2024, held in Stuttgart, gathered companies from across the metalworking sector. Ibarmia introduced new machining centers, including the ZVH 58 / L4000 Extreme Gen 6 and the second-generation THC 16 Multiprocess machines. These machines are designed to meet the growing demand for flexible, precise, and multi-functional equipment in industries such as aerospace, energy, and heavy machinery. The ZVH 58 / L4000 Extreme Gen 6 was noted for its high-speed capabilities and versatility, allowing it to handle both milling and turning operations.

During the exhibition, Ibarmia sold the THC 16 Multiprocess machine to Barth, a long-term customer specializing in machining services. This sale reflected the ongoing relationship between the two companies and Barth’s confidence in Ibarmia’s technology. Koldo Arandia, CEO of Ibarmia, commented: “We are thrilled to have Barth reaffirm their trust in Ibarmia by choosing the THC 16 Multiprocess at AMB. This sale is a testament to our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive productivity and performance.”

In addition to the product showcases, the exhibition provided an opportunity to highlight Ibarmia’s industry collaborations. During the event, Koldo Arandia was honored by Steffen Nagel, CEO of Nagel Werkzeugmaschinen, recognizing decades of collaboration and mutual growth. “Our partnership with Nagel Werkzeugmaschinen has been pivotal in bringing Ibarmia’s solutions to more markets and industries. This recognition is a reminder of the value that such partnerships bring to our business and to the industry at large,” said Arandia.

With the success at AMB 2024 setting the tone, Ibarmia is already looking ahead to its participation in EMO 2025, where it plans to introduce further innovations supporting the machining sector.
