Husky Technologies, a pioneering technology provider enabling the delivery of essential needs to the global community, is exhibiting for the first time at the China International Beverage Industry Science and Technology Exhibition (CBST2024) taking place in Shanghai, China from March 6-8 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. At the booth, located in Hall 1, Stand #1C03, Husky is exhibiting its latest technologies, solutions, and services to enable regional beverage packaging producers to be more sustainable while achieving industry-leading levels of productivity, growth, flexibility, differentiation, and world-class production capabilities.

“Husky has been serving China and Asia Pacific for 30 years and first established operations with the opening of our Shanghai Technical Center in 2004. This has allowed us to gain an understanding of the unique and evolving challenges of beverage packaging producers serving this region,” said Calvin Pang, Vice President of Sales, Systems and Tooling, China. “In today's global economy, there is an immediate need to address the challenges of evolving markets while driving sustainable practices. At CBST2024, we are presenting how we respond to this demand by delivering industry-leading innovations that enable the circular economy and contribute to the strategic growth of customers serving this region’s dynamic market, as well as around the world.”

At the show, Husky is demonstrating its diverse range of PET preform, packaging, and closure moulding technologies, solutions, and services that enable food and beverage packaging producers to:

  • Drive the circular economy by producing packaging that contains higher percentages of rPET material
  • Lightweight packaging to reduce its carbon footprint while lowering material, production, and shipping costs
  • Convert existing packaging from alternate materials to durable, reliable, and infinitely recyclable PET
  • Leverage Husky’s proven high output PET preform molding solutions, including its 160-cavity system and mold, to achieve the highest levels of productivity with reliability and speed
  • Implement world-class manufacturing processes through the adoption of Husky’s Advantage+EliteTM real-time, remote monitoring solution, enabling producers to achieve speed to market while reducing energy consumption, minimizing variability, and optimizing operational efficiency

In addition to exhibiting, Husky experts will be speaking at the Beverage Industry Chain Innovation Forum on March 7. Henry Zhang, Husky’s Director of Global Marketing and ESG, is delivering a presentation in Hall 3 on how innovative packaging enables sustainability goals. Husky’s Roy Wang, Regional Manager, Systems and Tooling, China, is also presenting a session discussing comprehensive solutions for PET preform systems in Conference Room M40, located in Hall N1.
