Floyd's established partnerships with prominent Machine tool manufacturers will allow visitors at Mach to observe the latest cutting tools in action across various stands, including those of leading sliding head lathe brands. Floyd Automatic's collaborations span a range of eminent cutting tool companies such as Masa Microconics, Mikron Tool, Madaula, Schaublin, Ifanger, Schwanog, Applitec, Alesa, and others, ensuring that the latest technologies and technical support are available at Mach. For instance, Mikron Tool, with Ivano Bernasconi in attendance for the duration of Mach, will highlight an extensive selection of Mikron products, thanks to the company sponsoring a specific section of the Floyd stand.

Among the innovations from Mikron Tool, the new Crazy Mill Cool Micro series stands out, designed for Micro Machining across sectors like electronics, medical, optics, automotive, aerospace, and defence. These micro end mills, available in 3 or 4 flute versions and diameters ranging from 0.2 to 1 mm, offer enhanced tool life and productivity due to their unique geometries, high-quality carbide, and innovative cooling concept.

Additionally, Floyd will introduce the Madaula driven tools for sliding head Machines, including a mechanical spindle speeder that increases torque and spindle speeds up to 24,000 rpm, compatible with all leading turning centres. This innovation is aimed at enhancing micro Machining, surface finishes, and productivity.

For precise micro-Machining, Floyd will also showcase the latest Masa Microconic workholding systems, presented by Matt Saccomanno from Masa. The Microconic system, which accommodates workpieces from 0.15 mm to 10 mm diameter, offers exceptional concentricity and introduces significant time-saving opportunities for manufacturers.

New to Mach will be Ifanger's boring inserts for lead-free brass, designed to combat the issue of stringy swarf in small boring operations. The Ifanger Micro Turn system facilitates efficient swarf removal, enhancing productivity and surface finishes in internal turning and boring tasks.

Floyd Automatic will also highlight Applitec's innovative Pro-Line, a response to the arrival of competing systems, offering cost-effective inserts without compromising on Applitec's quality. The new PCD inserts series is designed for Machining non-ferrous materials, promising longer tool life, high-speed performance, and improved finishes.

In addition, Floyd will present Schwanog's precision form tools, suitable for a range of applications including external turning and grooving, showcasing the versatility and efficiency of these solutions in various industries.

Other products at Mach include Schaublin’s SRS system for minimal runout and excellent concentricity, and a variety of tools from Hommel & Keller, Wagner, and more, demonstrating Floyd Automatic Tooling's comprehensive range of solutions for the UK's cutting tool manufacturers.
