Citizen Machinery is set to consolidate its leadership in the supply of bar turning machines to the UK and Irish markets, alongside pioneering ancillary technologies that enhance its innovative manufacturing capabilities. At the forefront of the company's display at Mach will be its patented LFV (Low Frequency Vibration) chip breaking software, which will be featured on all of the sliding head mill-turn centres on show, marking six years since the technology's introduction. The LFV software has significantly boosted worldwide sales of Cincom slides and select Miyano turning centre models by improving chipbreaking, tool life and surface finish, particularly in challenging materials such as stainless steel, aluminium and plastics.

The company also introduced a versatile addition to the Cincom L20 sliding head CNC turning centre range, the L20-XII, which features a 135-degree swivel B-axis with an automatic tool changer (ATC) for increased operational flexibility and efficiency. This innovation enables the machining of components from 20mm diameter bars with rapid tool changes, increasing the machine's versatility and productivity.

For the medical industry, the Cincom L12-X is tailored to efficiently produce dental and medical components, supporting complex machining with its extensive tooling options and rapid motion capabilities. Meanwhile, larger 32 mm capacity sliding head turning machines, including the L32-VIII and the flagship 10-axis Cincom M32-VIII, offer advanced functionality for a wide range of applications, underlining Citizen's commitment to versatility, productivity and environmental responsibility.

In the fixed-head turning segment, the Miyano ABX-64THY is a 12-axis model with two C-axis spindles and three turrets, designed for high productivity and automation in the machining of components up to 64 mm in diameter. The ANX-42SYY and BNE-65MYY models continue to demonstrate Citizen Machinery's innovation in fixed-head lathes, with LFV chipbreaking technology and twin Y-axis turrets for the production of complex components.

The BNA-42SY mill-turn centre embodies Citizen Machinery's latest advances, designed for easy integration with automation solutions to increase productivity and efficiency in a compact footprint. Finally, the GN3200W twin-spindle lathe emphasises space-saving and thermal stability for high-speed operations, underscoring Citizen Machinery's ongoing commitment to technological excellence and manufacturing efficiency.
