After an important career in the industry, culminating with management experience in international companies in the plastics and extrusion industry, Matteo Spinola joins Syncro Group in the role of Sales Director, bringing with him a vision oriented to result, sustainable growth and synergetic coordination of the six companies belonging to the Group.

Spinola has gained a solid technical and commercial background in more than 20 years of experience, holding positions of increasing responsibility in leading companies of the sector. His profile stands out for his ability to build and consolidate international sales networks, manage complex markets and create value through clear and shared leadership.

Spinola states: “I am excited to join Syncro Group at this very important time in its development. I strongly believe in Zero Waste Myssion and in the virtuous integration among the companies of the Group. My goal will be to strengthen the commercial presence globally, supporting each individual company in its own growth and to offer our customers more and more complete, efficient and sustainable solutions.”
