Deposits and blockages in the cooling circuits of injection moulding machines, leading to clogged cooling circuits in the mould, are a recurring challenge. The standard parts manufacturer Strack Norma from Lüdenscheid addresses this problem with an extension of its temperature control elements program. The new Z77100 for high flow rate with various filter inserts and easy handling, is the optimal choice for cooling water cleaning.

The new Z77100 water filter is the ideal solution to effectively reduce deposits in the cooling circuit of injection molding machines, thus improving the quality and efficiency of the process. With its high flow rate, the Z77100 water filter can be directly integrated into the machine's cooling circuit, ensuring clean water in the tool's cooling process. The three different filter inserts Z77101 made of stainless steel are available in mesh sizes ranging from 50 μm to 200 μm and are able to filter out even the finest contaminants. Thanks to the various connection sizes of 1", 1 ¼", 1 ½", and 2", variable integration into the cooling circuit is guaranteed.

Compared to other smaller filters, the Z77100 has a significantly larger filter surface, which ensures flow rates from 100 l/min to 185 l/min, as well as high dirt retention and correspondingly long service life. The filter inserts can also be replaced quickly and easily.
